SKE Elected as Vice President Unit of Intelligent Manufacturing Association
t the founding conference of the Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association, held simultaneously, SKE was elected as the Vice President Unit of the Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association, and Shanghai STEP Robotics Co., Ltd. was elected as a governing unit. SKE and STEP Robotics are significant forces in the intelligent manufacturing sector of STEP. SKE's inclusion in the Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Recommended Directory and election as the Vice President Unit, along with STEP Robotics' election as a governing unit, will strongly promote the development of STEP's intelligent manufacturing sector.
At the meeting, STEP Vice President/SKE General Manager Tian Yongxin delivered a report on "STEP's Transformation from Traditional Manufacturing to Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Enterprise."
Mr. Tian stated that during the transformation process, STEP has been guided by "Made in China 2025" and adheres to a dual-wheel drive strategy — primarily through endogenous growth driven by independent technological innovation and supplemented by exogenous growth through the integration of intelligent manufacturing industry chain resources using industrial capital. This has formed a complete intelligent manufacturing industry chain of "key components — robot bodies — system integration applications“.Facing increasing market demand and fierce competition, STEP will focus on addressing technical and capacity bottlenecks, contributing to the advancement of intelligent manufacturing in China.
