Product Description:
SKE's independently developed flexible slot switching sliding table comes in two series, A and B, with a total of five products. It is applied in automated flexible production lines for body-in-white welding cabins, floors, side panels, and body assemblies.
Series A Products:
X type; T type; U type; characterized by efficient scalability with horizontal + vertical combination movement as its main feature. Suitable for flexible production lines where slot switching allows for production cycle occupancy. It utilizes a servo drive control system and gear-rack transmission principle. Achieves quick switching, precise positioning, reliable stability, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.
Series B Products:
Cross sliding table with turntable type; Standard cross sliding table type; characterized by efficient scalability （拓展）with horizontal and vertical combination movement + servo turntable shifting as its main feature. Suitable for flexible production lines where slot switching does not affect production cycle time. Utilizes a servo drive control system and gear-rack transmission principle to achieve sliding and rotational switching functions. Achieves quick switching, precise positioning, reliable stability, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.

a) Load < 5 t, switching speed < 1.2 m/s, repeated positioning accuracy < ±0.1 mm.
b) Modular design of standard sections, allowing splicing combinations to meet various form and length requirements based on different process requirement.
c) High product scalability, suitable for 2-8 different vehicle models.
d) Low operating height design with internal cabling to meet the requirements of manual operation height.
e) Welding structure reduces on-site installation workload. f) Adjustable gear sets with different reducers based on load requirements.
